Little Bears would love to help you to plan and organise your party! Our typical party will cost you from £1,000, but will allow you a stress-free enjoyment of your child’s special day. Please find below the range of services we normally provide for our clients:

1. Essentials:

• The hall - price depends on your choice
• An entertainer for two hours - £250.00
• Decorations and balloons for the hall - £100.00
• Plates/cups/hats [for up to 25 children] - £35.00

[Please note that the balloons are provided as part of the decorations and are not to be taken home. Should you wish for every of your guest to have a balloon they will be priced at £1.40 for a latex balloon and a £3.50 for a foil one]



2. Kids’ Food – either £5.00 or £8.00 each

Silver Package - £5.00 each

• Organic juice
• Mini carrots
• Cucumbers
• Crisps or hula hoops
• Choice of:
o sandwiches
o fish fingers and chips
o chicken nuggets and chips
o pizza
o mini hot dogs

P.S. We tend to recommend the choice of mix sandwiches (tuna and sweetcorn/cheese/egg and mayo) and pizza. This way, one covers all the possible surprises where a couple of kids do not like what is being served.

Gold Package - £8.00 each (Silver package plus the following):

• Innocent smoothies
• Mini salmon bagels
• Fruit skewers
• Chocolate strawberries
• Mini cupcakes



3. Adult’s Food (our typical menu for about 25-30 adults, any other menu can be provided)

Breakfast menu - £125.00
• Selection of tea and coffee
• Freshly squeezed orange juice and still water
• Mini croissants and other pastry
• Mini salmon bagels


Lunch menu - £225.00 

• Mini mozzarella and cherry tomato's skewers with basil
• Melon and parma ham cubes
• Crayfish and seafood mayo on a pastry spoon
• Spicy aubergine paste on a whole bread crostini
• Smoked salmon & soft cheese blinis
• Moroccan salad (couscous with chick peas, roasted peppers, apricots, sultanas and cranberries in a Moroccan spice dressing)
• Mediterranean plate (selection of houmous, taramasalata, olives, celery sticks, cucumbers, mini bread sticks)
• Cheese selection with biscuits and grapes
• Mini fresh fruit pavlova/pastry with passion fruit sauce
• Selection of still/sparkling water, coke/diet coke and fresh juices

P.S. You are very welcome to bring any other food/drinks/alcohol you wish.


NEW* – SUSHI BAR
We can also provide a high quality sushi lunch with/without a chef (both of them used to work in Nobu) on the premises, please speak to us should you be interested. Prices start from £300.00.

4. Cake – starting from £60.00

We can provide a variety of cakes. Please discuss with us the details.

5. Party Bags – any budget

We are happy to discuss party bags with you. In order to establish the price we either work out the price of what you would like to see in your party bags or you give us a budget and we come up with a couple of choices available for that budget. (Just as an idea of the recent party bags we did, the price varied from £5.00 to £12.00 each).



EXTRAS:

• Mickey and Minnie Mouse greeting the children OR cake blowing with Minnie and Mickey followed by a dance with both of them - £100.00

• Face painter - £100.00 for two hours

• Waiter/tress - £30.00 per hour

• Bouncy castle and a ball pond - £150.00 OR Bouncy castle and huge slides - £150.00

• Personalised invitations and Thank you notes - £0.60 each

• Selection of tea and coffee with biscuits - £40.00

• Home made themed cupcakes - £ 2.20 each




NOTE that a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is payable once you decide to use our services. This will be redeemed from the final invoice. A further 50% of the final bill will be due 21 days prior to the event. In the event of cancellation of the party, the full amount of the final invoice is payable if the party is less than 14 days away.
